Work Setting:
- On-site work is required; remote options are not available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring ingredients.
- Help with cooking tasks such as boiling, frying, grilling, or baking under the supervision of chefs.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
- Clean kitchen surfaces, equipment, and storage areas to adhere to health and safety standards.
- Assist with stocking and managing inventory of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Follow recipes and instructions from chefs to ensure consistent food quality.
- Aid in setting up and breaking down kitchen stations and food service areas.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in managing food waste and ensuring proper disposal practices.
Additional Tasks:
- Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
- Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
- Portion and wrap food items.
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

- Physical stamina to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
