Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Post job openings across various platforms, including job boards, social media, and the company website.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires.
- Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date staffing records and databases.
- Monitor staffing levels and make recommendations for necessary adjustments.
- Work with the HR team to implement and enhance recruitment strategies and processes.
- Support the organization of job fairs and recruitment events.
Tasks:
- Identify current and prospective staffing requirements.
- Collect and screen applicants.
- Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms of employment.
- Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews.
- Coordinate and participate in selection boards to evaluate candidates.
- Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
- Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
- Determine eligibility for entitlements and arrange staff training.
- Recruit and hire staff.
Experience and Specialization:
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources is an asset.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Working Conditions:
- Office environment with typical office hours; flexibility may be required during peak recruitment periods.
- Occasional travel to job fairs or recruitment events may be necessary.
