Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the delivery team’s activities to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
- Develop and manage driver schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
- Monitor driver performance, providing feedback and coaching to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Conduct regular safety and compliance checks to ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints related to deliveries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize delivery routes and processes.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, driver performance, and equipment usage.
- Train new drivers on company policies, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
- Implement strategies to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Prepare and present reports on delivery operations to management as required.
Tasks
- Resolve work-related issues, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and quality.
- Supervise staff and oversee projects.
- Train or arrange training for team members.
- Coordinate and schedule delivery activities.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in logistics or delivery operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using delivery management software and GPS systems.
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and make decisions under pressure.
Working Conditions
- Fast-paced environment with occasional exposure to outdoor conditions.
- May require lifting heavy packages and standing for extended periods.
