Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Management: Plan and coordinate daily farm activities, including planting, harvesting, and livestock care to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise farm workers, providing guidance and support to ensure effective task completion.
  • Crop and Livestock Management: Monitor the health of crops and livestock, implementing best practices for growth, feeding, and breeding.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop and manage the farm budget, tracking expenses and revenues, and making financial decisions to improve profitability.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of farm equipment and machinery, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
