Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Plan and coordinate daily farm activities, including planting, harvesting, and livestock care to ensure efficient workflow.
- Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise farm workers, providing guidance and support to ensure effective task completion.
- Crop and Livestock Management: Monitor the health of crops and livestock, implementing best practices for growth, feeding, and breeding.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop and manage the farm budget, tracking expenses and revenues, and making financial decisions to improve profitability.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of farm equipment and machinery, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to agricultural regulations, safety standards, and environmental practices.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of crop yields, livestock production, sales, and financial transactions.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and best practices to inform decisions regarding crops and livestock.

Qualifications
