Work Setting:
- On-site work is required; remote options are not available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.
- Accurately process sales orders, invoices, and purchase orders in a timely manner.
- Address customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, delivering excellent customer service.
- Keep customer databases and records updated and accurate.
- Assist in creating sales proposals and contracts.
- Collaborate with departments such as marketing and finance to support sales initiatives.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management as needed.
- Organize and maintain the sales office, ensuring all supplies and materials are readily available.
- Support the sales team in developing and implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities.
Tasks:
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and similar events.
- Direct staff and evaluate daily operations.
- Plan and manage budget and expenditures.
- Record and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Conduct performance reviews.
- Prepare reports and documents for executive committees and boards of directors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experienced with CRM software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Working Conditions:
